This includes design, maintenance, and operation, all facilitating the achievement of production targets, cost efficiencies, whilst conforming to Statutory and Corporate health, safety, and environmental standards. You will focus on electrical infrastructure, providing expert knowledge in electrical power, infrastructure, instrumentation, and control. You will be looked for as the main site electrical engineer and a key Technical Authority for electrical engineering._ **Role Responsibilities** * _Providing expert services in electrical power, instrumentation, and control._ * _Management of minor works for safety, efficiency and cost saving projects._ * _Leading site Electrical compliance programs and participating in above-site networks._ * _Support Global Head of Electrical Engineering in electrical program development._ * _Leading the Utilities electrical maintenance program._ * _Assisting with the selection management of contractors and suppliers, to ensure that goods and services meet Haleon standards and the site's performance objectives._ * _Advising on the availability and application of techniques to improve performance by better control, instrumentation, and electrical systems, covering both production and site facilities._ * _Assisting with the development and implementation of codes and standards for the installation and safe operation of Site systems with attention to electrical control and instrumentation._ * _Contribution to the development and training programs for all site personnel in the field of Electrical engineering._ * _To comply with site health, safety, and environmental policy and with the site standards for workwear and conduct while actively supporting GMP requirements._ * _To ensure that GMP, Quality, Health & Safety are considered in all aspects of role._ * _Leading electrical infrastructure lifecycle and investments strategy._ * _May have responsibility for supervision of contract or consultative resources. Ability to work with contractor and provide support to others who review/approve and manage external EHS services in meeting business initiatives._ * _Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the site's Sustainability Program, aligning local initiatives with corporate sustainability objectives._ * _Drive projects focused on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and decarbonization to support the organization's Net Zero Carbon commitments._ * _Identify, evaluate, and implement sustainability opportunities that reduce environmental impact while optimizing operational performance and cost efficiency._ * _Monitor and report sustainability metrics, ensuring progress toward corporate goals and regulatory compliance requirements._ * _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sustainability projects that support long-term environmental and business objectives._ **Basic Qualifications:** * _B.S in Electrical Engineering Eight (8) years of relevant work experience for those with BS degree._ * _Experience in Engineering supporting the pharmaceutical industry._ * _Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, FDA, and environmental regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry._ * _Hands on experience of continuous improvement projects._ * _Understanding of selection and maintenance of electrical equipment in hazardous areas._ * _Completely bilingual (English/Spanish)_ **Preferred Qualifications** * _Master's degree in engineering or business administration is desirable._ * _Licensed Professional Engineer_ **Benefits** ------------ Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.  This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave.  On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family.  We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. **Job Posting End Date** ------------------------ 2026-08-31  **Equal Opportunities** Haleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
