UX Designer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Owning the end-to-end UX process, with support from an experienced UX designer when needed * Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product hypotheses, and turning them into intuitive design solutions * Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the UX meets both technical and functional requirements * Conducting UX research, developing design concepts, and implementing solutions based on insights and findings * Using AI tools in daily work and exploring how they can improve the design process * Designing multimodal AI experiences: agentic interfaces, RAG-powered apps, voicebots and generative AI tools * Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Excellent command of English (B2/C1) * 3+ years of experience as a UX designer * Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow * Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations) * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Willingness to participate in creating AI products * Knowledge of design principles * Experience with design systems * Ability to experiment and find new solutions * Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar Nice to have: * Work experience in a software agency * UX research experience: tools and methods * Experience with UX audits **Czego wymagamy?** 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Figma * UX design * Narzędzia AI * Miro * Webflow * Design System * Komunikacja * Prototyping Mile widziane: * Google Analytics * Hotjar Języki: * Angielski * Polski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 8k–12k PLN netto/m (B2B) * 6.5k–10k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Brak * Budżet szkoleniowy, Wyjazdy na konferencje **Kim jesteśmy?** At Vazco, we push boundaries with the newest technologies, with a strong focus on AI-driven innovation.
