Venture Development - New Products - Italian Market

Please note that for this role, C2 Italian proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. What You’ll Do - Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches. - Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations. - Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team. - Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback. What Makes You a Great Fit - Graduated from a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus. - Fluent in English, with C2 level in Italian. - Experience in a startup environment. - Be hands on. - Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies. - Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast.
