Known for its live music, sport, buzzing atmosphere, great food and perfectly poured Guinness, Finn’s is a true Brisbane institution with plenty of personality. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader looking for their next challenge within a well-known and growing hospitality group, with genuine career progression and professional development opportunities available. **What’s on offer:** • Salary package $90,000 - $100,000 + Super • Quarterly KPI bonus opportunities up to $44,000 P/A • Career growth and development pathways within the company • Autonomous role with strong support from head office • Join a high-energy, fast-paced venue with an established reputation • Great team culture and supportive leadership group **What we’re looking for:** • Previous Venue Management experience in high-volume hospitality venues • Strong operational background across food & beverage • Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments • Strong understanding of rostering, stock control, reporting & P&L management • Ability to drive service standards, team culture and business performance • Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence during peak trade • Ability to execute promotions and build guest engagement • Current RMLV & Approved Managers Licence required • Previous Irish pub and/or late-night venue experience is highly regarded, however not essential If you’re passionate about hospitality, leadership, creating memorable guest experiences and developing great teams — we’d love to hear from you.
