A favourite with locals and tourists alike, it’s a fast-paced, high-energy venue built around great music, great people and memorable nights out. This opportunity would be perfect for a strong **Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up**, or an experienced Venue Manager who loves being hands-on, leading from the floor and building a positive, high-performing team culture. ### What’s on offer * **$85,000–$95,000 + super** * **Performance bonus of up to $44,000 per year, paid quarterly** * Genuine career progression across Australian Venue Co. * Support from an experienced Area Manager and wider operations team * Access to training, leadership development and opportunities across our national portfolio ### What we’re looking for You’ll be a genuine **people person, team player and driver of the business**. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership while remaining highly visible and involved in the day-to-day operation.
