**Lead One of Roma's Most Iconic Hospitality Venues**
Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead the team at the White Bull Tavern — a well-established, highly regarded venue in the heart of **Roma, Western Queensland**.
This is a great opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a community-focused environment and is driven to deliver great guest experiences, build strong teams, and grow commercial results.
**About the Venue**
The White Bull Tavern is a cornerstone of the local community, offering quality dining, functions, liquor retail, gaming, and beverage experiences. As Venue Manager, you'll own day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with guests, team members, and the wider community.
**About the Role**
You'll be responsible for the venue's overall performance — financial results, team leadership, compliance, guest experience, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a medium-sized hospitality team
* Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
* Manage labour, wages, and cost control targets
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences across the business
* Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, food safety, and WHS requirements
* Run local area marketing and community engagement initiatives
* Analyse performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
* Uphold high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness
