Vice President - Credit Product Development

Our commitment to the long-term development of our business and our markets is articulated in our purpose: "To Connect, Promote and Progress our Markets and the Communities they support for the prosperity of all."_ **Job Summary:** • Responsible for developing credit products through HKEX subsidiaries and affiliates. • Develop and enhance the product offering along the credit product value chain from financial infrastructure perspective • Work with internal and external platform teams and partners to capture commercial opportunities from each product innovation • Work with sales and other client networks to capture the market and client needs, bring ideas and provide solutions to the market. • Innovate process through new digital technology to capture new market trend. • Work within the organization to prioritize and implement solutions for the market, and co-ordinate industry readiness as required. •Manage user working groups and industry committees, both internal and external. **Job Duties:** * **15+ years of work experience in credit market such as DCM, credit trading/sales experience** * **Good knowledge in issuance process, bond trading, repo trading, credit derivatives trading also bond index/ETF space** * **Good understanding on bond connect and Chinese bond market** * **Good network to the market with DCM bank, sales/trading, and fund space** * **Good solution and problem solving skills, experienced on project management related work** _HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
