As Uline’s Vice President of Digital Marketing, you’ll shape the future of our digital growth engine and lead a talented in-house marketing team. In this leadership role, you’ll try to drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing investments and develop innovative strategies that support Uline’s continued growth across our North American company. **Position Responsibilities** * Lead Uline's in-house Digital Marketing team, promoting a culture of high-performance across paid search campaign management, execution and analytics. * Define and execute digital marketing strategies, guiding investments that maximize customer acquisition, retention and long-term business growth. * Drive enterprise marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders that support business goals. * Manage key partnerships with Google, Microsoft and other paid search providers, influencing product updates, compliance initiatives and vendor agreements. * Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance digital marketing capabilities. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and / or business.
