Uline is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping customer engagement across 45,000+ products. Develop leaders across the department, oversee significant marketing investments and partner with executive leadership committed to long-term growth. **Position Responsibilities** * Direct one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping strategy for catalogs, direct mail and print communications for 45,000+ products. * Lead and develop directors and managers across campaign execution, audience targeting, procurement, distribution and quality assurance to ensure high performance. * Oversee print production, paper sourcing and postage operations, driving efficiency, optimizing costs and improving program effectiveness. * Build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with print, paper, mailing and data vendors to ensure exceptional quality, service and value. * Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align print marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ annual investment. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
