### Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Lead Generation Support* Manage inbound leads (~5 per day) from website Contact Us form, Klaviyo outbound emails, and landing pages * Respond to leads with preset qualification questions via email (no cold calling required) * Pre-qualify leads and pass qualified opportunities to the client's sales team * Manage lead tracking and CRM entries (current CRM: Pipedrive — may move to simpler solution given low volume) * Maintain lead records and follow-up workflows E-commerce & ERP Support (eBay / Reuse OS) * Process eBay sales orders: log orders into ERP system (Reuse OS) * Allocate inventory for sold items * Book UPS shipments and generate shipping labels * Email pick lists and shipping labels to the goods-out team * Update eBay SKU quantities after sales (both direct and eBay-channel sales) * Coordinate with the warehouse team on order fulfillment Executive Assistant Support * Email management: filter, prioritize, and draft replies for standard inquiries * Calendar management: schedule meetings, check availability, manage bookings * Assist with administrative tasks — e.g., coordinating staff contract updates (22 staff members) * Draft email responses for common/standard requests, escalate complex ones * Handle ad-hoc admin tasks to free up the client's time * "Be the client's right hand" * proactively manage organizational tasks and keep things moving ### Requirements Qualifications:* 3–5 years experience in a similar role preferred (open to younger, hungry, competent candidates) * Experience with e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, or similar) * principles are transferable * Background in lead generation, CRM management, and administrative support * Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus ### Work Arrangement * Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement * Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm UK time, should complete nine 9 hours work ### Why you should join our team! **Leaves entitlement, HMO and life insurance upon hire!** Ready to take on the next challenge?
