As a Virtual IOP Counselor, youll provide transformative therapeutic services in a flexible, remote environment while maintaining the same high standards of care as in-person treatment. ### Benefits * Competitive salary * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Generous PTO and paid holidays * Flexible work environment with daytime hours * A supportive and collaborative workplace culture ### Requirements * Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field * Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent * Experience providing telehealth counseling services preferred * Familiarity with virtual platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology * Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders * Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills ### Responsibilities * Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program * Conduct virtual intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans * Lead psychoeducational sessions focusing on mental health, addiction recovery, and coping skills * Monitor and document client progress using electronic health records (EHR) * Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists * Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations * Attend virtual team meetings and provide input on client care planning * Stay updated on telehealth best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches ### Location: Cedar Park, TX ### Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 1:00pm-9:00pm MWF and 9:00am-5:00pm TThu ### Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually ### Apply today!
