**Job Title** Visiting Research Scholar **Agency** Texas A&M Agrilife Research **Department** Entomology **Proposed Minimum Salary** Commensurate **Job Location** College Station, Texas **Job Type** Staff **Job Description** **Job Responsibilities:** \-Participate in ongoing research projects in the lab focusing on insect chemical ecology on mechanisms and applications of plant-insect interactions. \-Conducting lab, greenhouse, and field experimental work, analyzing data, preparing reports \-Research manuscripts \-Develop and submit research proposals to funding agencies \-Other duties as assigned **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Entomology or related field **Preferred Education:** PhD in Entomology or related field **Preferred Experience:** Chemical ecology research skills and techniques.
