Join us as we create something extraordinary together. **Job Overview:** This role reports to the SVP of Technology, Account Lifecycle & Enterprise Operations. You will lead a large, multi-layered GCC organization and own outcomes across Account Lifecycle & Data, Enterprise Operations, Risk, Legal and Backoffice domains. Operating in a highly regulated, multi-system environment, this role combines delivery ownership, platform modernization and AI enablement. **Responsibilities:** * Lead technology teams across Account Lifecycle & Data, Enterprise Operations, Risk, Legal and Backoffice * Own tower capabilities including records, risk, legal and horizontal platforms * Drive AI and agentic frameworks into production workflows * Ensure delivery excellence and governance * Drive modernization strategy and execution * Partner with global stakeholders * Stabilization and ownership of GCC technology portfolio * Improved delivery quality, speed, and predictability * Progress in platform modernization * AI and agentic adoption in production * Strong leadership bench in GCC What are we looking for? ------------------------ We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
