VP Corporate Controller - United States Canada Mexico

**YOU WILL:** **Financial Reporting:** * Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the company and its foreign subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with US accounting standards (GAAP). * Monitor the accuracy of financial data and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded * Analyze financial data for patterns, trends, and anomalies, and recommend corrective action as necessary **Financial Governance:**  * Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations * Supervise the preparation and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Provide financial guidance and support to department heads, and ensure that all financial decisions are in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals * Coordinate external audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions as needed * Ensure continued communication with external third-party providers in different countries  **Treasury and Cash Management:** * Drive short term and long term cash-flow forecast and cash management initiatives * Organize a centralized treasury management process  **Team Leadership:** * Supervise and mentor an international diverse team of finance professionals  * Develop a shared services approach to reduce closing timing  * Cross-functional Collaboration:  * Work closely with other departments, including operations, legal, and HR, to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives   **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field * 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance preferred * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred * Advanced knowledge of GAAP and federal and state tax laws * Proven experience in managing financial operations for international subsidiaries in a global organization * Experience successfully managing a global shared services accounting team * Experience in leading and managing remote teams  * Strong organizational and time management skills * Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders * Experience with Workday Finance module preferred * Professional services industry expertise (particularly HR and staffing services) is a plus
