The Role:
As a VRV Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales of Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with the engineering and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Develop and implement sales strategies for VRV systemsIdentify and engage potential clients through networking and outreachConduct product presentations and demonstrationsCollaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutionsMaintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat businessMonitor market trends and competitor activitiesTeam Structure: You will be part of a dynamic sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside engineers and project managers.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen.Experience in HVAC sales or related fieldTechnical knowledge of VRV systemsExcellent communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer-focused mindsetEducation: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
