Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Analyst** located in **Juarez South Site.** Reporting to the **Sr. Warehouse Manager**, the **Warehouse Analyst** role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime. **What a typical day looks like:** * Supervise that deadlines are met. * Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service * Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime * Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary * Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention * Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages * Certifications in logistics, inventory management, or relevant areas (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma). **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * BA/BS or equivalent work experience * Experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees * Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies * Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities * Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff * Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal * Warehousing, Material feed, Supermarket, Return to Stock, * Kitting, Shipping and WIP control * English Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
