Warehouse Associate - Shipper **Status:** Regular, Full time **Location:** Calgary, Alberta **Job Description** =================== Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the **Shipping Associate** is responsible for ensuring all shipments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Inspect all products coming in from the picking floor and verify accuracy against packing slips * Consolidate all products coming in from the picking floor together with their corresponding order * Create Bill of Ladings for outbound shipments * Shrink wrap shipments on skids * Process various courier shipments in their online portals * Use pump truck to move shipments into shipping lanes * Assist customers at Pick-Up Window * Assist drivers for carriers when they arrive * Keep shipping area clean, including outside ramp and under dock doors * Various projects as assigned by Shipping Manager / Shipping Leads **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in a similar position is an asset * Forklift certification is an asset * Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs. * High school diploma completed * Capability to work as a team player * Good Math skills * Good communication skills in English * Able to work with minimal supervision **What’s in it for you** ======================== We are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
