(9:00am - 5:30pm) Monday-Friday**. Overtime required as scheduled.    **Benefits** •    **Pay rate starting at: $23.00** ($23.00 base rate- no shift differential applies) •   **Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked** •    Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Disability and Life insurance after 30 days •    Wellness Incentives •    401K with Company Match, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Time •    Employee Purchase Program •    Employee Stock Purchase Program •    Optional Critical Illness and Accident Insurance (AFLAC) **Qualifications** •    Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours •    3-5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred •    Drive to excel in fast-paced environment •    Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including order selectors stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers  •    Post-offer background check & drug screen are required **Responsibilities** •    Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures •    Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations •    Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner •    Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments •    Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times •    Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners •    Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas •    Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet •    Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management •    Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization \- **Pay Range:** \- $15.00 - $30.25 \- **_Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_ OR _Hourly for all other roles._** \- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. \- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
