**Accountabilities & Responsibilities:**
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
* Perform a variety of tasks to help maintain accurate inventory levels for materials, tooling, and supplies, under close supervision.
* Handle and manage stock, including chemical storage, using established procedures.
* Prepare outbound shipments and complete documentation accurately.
* Route incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy.
* Maintain computerized inventory records and assist with audits and cycle counts.
* Support operations planning by tracking inventory and material identifiers.
* Package finished goods and assemblies for shipment.
* Coordinate preparation of components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
* Ensure prompt return of excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory.
* Perform minor assembly tasks, machine setups, and inspections as needed.
* Solve routine problems using established procedures and escalate when needed.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Demonstrate accountability for individual contributions and support team goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**Education & Experience:**
* **Minimum Education:**
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Minimum Experience:
* 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred.
* Forklift experience (desirable).
* Warehouse experience (desirable).
**Knowledge & Skills:**
* Special Skills:
* Basic computer skills.
* Specialized Knowledge:
* Understanding of manufacturing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
* Understanding of inventory practices preferred.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license (if required to drive a company vehicle)
* Forklift certification required (if required to operate a forklift)
* Depending on site/country regulations, additional certifications may be required.
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
* Must be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud.
