Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Manager** located in **Juarez South Site**. Reporting to the **Warehouse Director** the **Warehouse Manager's** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. * Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. * Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. * Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. * Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. * Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. * Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule. * Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelors Degree and relevant experience. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) * Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. * Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. * Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas. * Ability to effective present information to management and customers. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance CP68 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
