Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Manager** located in **Guadalajara,** **North Campus.** _Reporting to Warehouse Manager, the_ **Warehouse Manager,** _is responsible for implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff._ **What a typical day looks like:** * Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.  * Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.  * Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.  * Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.  * Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.  * Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  * Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule.  * Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.  * Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.  * Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.  * Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.  * Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.  **The experience we’re looking to add to our team (required):** * _Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience._ * _A background in manufacturing._ * _Experience in materials management._ * _Experience in inventory management._ * _Experience in reception area, assortment of material._ * _Knowledge and use of Excel._ * _Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar._ * _Personnel Management_ * _Flexible schedule availability_ * _Knowledge in all areas of the warehouse_ * _Intermediate English is a plus_ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary * Life & Medical Insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance GM13 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
