This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support the supply chain process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products. * Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts. * Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery. * Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize workflows. * Process shipping and receiving documentation in the warehouse management system. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility. * Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues. * Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations are a plus. * 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, and professional in SAP/Excel are a plus. * Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software. * Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including Overtime if needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. * Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking software. **Work Environment:** * This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and handling warehouse materials. * Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policy. #CSPowerSystems
