To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Supervisor** located in **Orangeburg South Carolina**.
Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager** the **Warehouse Supervisor** will oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including receiving, storage and line replenishment of raw materials and maintaining inventory and associated records.
**What a typical day looks like:**
* Oversee the receiving and distribution of goods.
* Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
* Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
* Maintains proper levels of stock within warehouse to ensure maximum profitability
* Maintains files on all equipment.
* Identifies skills needed within team and works with team to achieve them.
* Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
* Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
* Ensures WIP locations are adequately and routinely stocked.
* Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
* Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
* Escalation and may have stockroom reports
* Implement Delivery Routes using AMR’s (Autonomous Mobile Robots) PUDU
* Design Material Flow and Material Management
* Implementation of PFEP Concept and deployment across all Manufacturing Areas
* Increase capacity of the Main warehouse capacity (30%) and introduction of flexi equipment’s
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:**
* Associate degree or equivalent experience
* 5 years Supervisor experience
* Experience of BaaN MRP
* Basic MRP Knowledge
* Experience with Kronos
* MS Office Knowledge
* Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
* Forklift Experience (preferred)
* _**Inventory Cycle Counting experience**_
* Warehouse experience for high-speed production lines
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
* Capable in guiding a major initiative that impacts the site.
* Exercises judgment using ambiguously defined procedures and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Facilitates team in making group resolutions.
