Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Supervisor** located in **Pflugerville TX.** Report to the **Operations Manager**. The **Warehouse Supervisor** role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving and transportation materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records. 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:15pm Mon-Fri **What a typical day looks like:** * Oversee the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. * Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure operational excellence. * Utilize strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills to support team success. * Provide exceptional client and stakeholder support through effective communication and problem resolution. * Maintain detailed documentation and ensure ownership of processes from start to finish. * Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming products before stocking or distribution. * Manage exceptions, including damaged freight, returns, shortages, and misrouted shipments. * Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. * Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years of materials experience using (MRP) systems ie: Oracle * 3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory Position * Experience in transportation * Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. * Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. * Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form #LI-YV1 EA1 EA42 SS26 AA01 CH12 MS14 CC11 EC37 JS21 **What you'll receive for the great work you provide:** * Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans * Life Insurance * Short-term and Long-term Disability * Matching 401(k) Contributions * Vacation and Paid Sick Time * Tuition Reimbursement Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Relocation: Not eligible Is Sponsorship Available?
