Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Supervisor** located in **Guadalajara, North.**_ _Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, **Warehouse Supervisor** will be responsible for overseeing the shipment, receipt and distribution of goods._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures._ * _Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions._ * _Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols._ * _Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system._ * _Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement._ * _Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions._ * _Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule._ * _Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met._ * _Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment._ * _Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _BA/BS or equivalent work experience._ * _Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position._ * _Experience in materials management._ * _Experience in inventory management._ * _Experience in reception area, assortment of material._ * _Knowledge and use of Excel._ * Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar. * _Personnel Management_ * _Flexible schedule availability_ * Knowledge in all areas of the warehouse * Intermediate English is a plus **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
