Warehouse Team Leader

******Job Description Summary****** =================================== Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates at GE HealthCare Israel, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical equipment and supplies in a compliant and safe environment. **Job Description** =================== Job Responsibilities \* Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. \* Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity targets and quality standards. \* Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. \* Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies. \* Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. \* Ensure compliance with all internal GE Medical Systems Israel Ltd policies, as well as external regulatory requirements (e.g., medical device regulations, safety standards). \* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse flow. \* Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and team productivity. \* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. \* Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, quality, and production, to ensure smooth operations. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. \* 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. \* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. \* Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. \* Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices. \* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. \* Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred. \* Proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken). \* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. ******Additional Information****** ================================== The job is open to men and women equally **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
