We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation, design and marketing and our people are at the heart of everything we do!   As one of our Warehouse/Forklift Operators, your support the shipping/tygard operations and provide additional assistance in other areas of the warehouse as needed. Additionally, you will serve as the final quality control associate for the finished product. **Position Related Tasks and Responsibilities** * Responsible to operate a forklift efficiently and safely in daily tasks. * Efficiently load and unload material; stage and distribute materials in the work area. * Perform cycle counting of raw and finished materials. * Display thorough knowledge of warehouse processes including production put-away and shipping. * Participate in process improvement geared toward resolving and sustaining solutions in areas identified as deficient or inefficient. * Complete other duties as assigned (i.e. backup of for other positions in the department, etc.). **Education and Additional Skills** * General Education, Diploma * Possess ability to work scheduled shift and overtime, weekends, and/or flexible hours as needed. * Ability to repeatedly climb, bend and lift up to 60 lbs. * Maintain and adhere to all GMP and safety requirements. * Work independently with minimal supervision. * Complete company requirements to become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment.
