Warranty Associate

Servco is looking for a Warranty Associate to join our Servco Quality Division. This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims for distributor and warranty coverage and provide our dealerships assistance with claims processing. Learn more about working at Servco Auto Customer Service at [https://youtu.be/CWYI6v5hUvg](https://youtu.be/CWYI6v5hUvg)  **_Responsibilities:_** * Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately * Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer’s guidelines * Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim * Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim * Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer’s claim system * Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing * Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment * Stay abreast of all warranty policies, warranty claims procedures, and warranty claims systems **_Requirements:_** * High school graduate or equivalent * A.S.
