Water Management Officer

Job Description Summary : ------------------------- Studying, monitoring and evaluating the irrigation/fertigation activity and its impact on oil palm either in nursery or in mature stage Job description : ----------------- * Responsible to monitor, evaluate and contribute to the management of fertigation activities (research trials and commercial scale) in Sinarmas Plantations (Regions of Lampung, Siak etc..) * Responsible to analyze and interpret the fertigation data for developing scientific report to operational / top management * Work collaboratively with operational departments in SMARTRI and estates * Quality control data * Position will be placed in **Sub-station SMARTRI Lampung**, with potential activities in other regions (Siak and other sites) with drip irrigation on nursery, young palm or mature palm **Job requirements :** ---------------------- * Master Degree in soil water management relating with plant growth and yield (preferably S3 or S2) * High enthusiasm on soil biogeochemical research activities * Advance knowledge on Ms. Excel, R-software, GIS notions, Geo-statistics * Fluent in English (either verbal or non-verbal) * High interpersonal and communication skills **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
