Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Web Shop Manager EEU with a strong combination of technical expertise and business acumen to take responsibility for the management, development, and optimization of KION ITS regional e-commerce platforms across Eastern Europe. In this role, you will drive the implementation and enhancement of webshop solutions, develop new functionalities, analyze platform performance, and drive the standardization of e-commerce processes across the region. You will also act as the regional e-commerce expert and the main point of contact for KION central functions, brands, and IT teams, ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of our digital sales solutions.

**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Your Main Responsibilities:**
* Reaching E-commerce targets in EEU together with the local responsible.
* Manage and optimize regional e-commerce platforms across the EEU region and implement day-to-day change requests from the countries.
* Coordinate the implementation of new webshop functionalities and technical improvements.
* Ensure consistency of e-commerce solutions in line with global standards and brand strategies.
* Analyze webshop performance, sales results, and user behavior to drive business improvements with local web shop manager and Growth Marketing specialist.
* Act as the main regional contact for e-commerce topics, collaborating with central functions, brands, and IT teams.
* Coordinate cooperation with IT and external technology partners.
* Support local Webshop Managers with technical expertise and best-practice sharing.
* Contribute to the growth of e-commerce as a key B2B sales channel in the region.
**What are we looking for?**
* University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Experience in B2B e-commerce and digital platforms.
* Experience with e-commerce and CMS platforms, ideally SAP Commerce Cloud and First Spirit.
* Strong technical understanding of e-commerce solutions and CMS systems, solid knowledge of ERP, and CRM systems.
* Business-oriented mindset with the ability to support the growth and development of the e-commerce channel together with local Webshop Managers.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment.
* Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking to drive business results.
* Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
