**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **Requirements** * **Experience:** Min. 4 years (Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Dev). End-to-end solution delivery. * **Core Web Stack:** Modern web app architecture. Required: PHP, Laravel, React.js or Vue.js. * **Tech Skills:** Design patterns, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code. REST APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of performance, security, caching, and monitoring. * **Legacy:** Hands-on experience in refactoring, modernizing, and migrating legacy systems. * **Infrastructure:** CI/CD, test automation, and QA. * **Business & Comm:** Evaluating trade-offs (cost vs. time vs. tech). Workshops, presentations, fluent Dev-Business communication. Agile/Scrum. * **Language:** English min. B2 (direct client contact). **Nice to Have** * Software house/agency experience (fixed-price models, external clients). * Working in distributed, international teams. * Creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical prototypes. * Practical use of AI in software development. **Kogo poszukujemy?** **Responsibilities** * Designing target architecture, data flows, and integrations. Selecting technologies and assessing their impact (cost, performance, security). Writing technical documentation. * Leading discovery workshops, presales support (proposals, RFPs, estimations), and presenting architecture to clients. * Leading teams end-to-end. Organizing Sprint 0 (environments, CI/CD, repositories). Mentoring, code reviews, enforcing clean code, and managing risks. * Ensuring data security (GDPR), collaborating closely with other departments (UX, QA, DevOps), and overseeing AI utilization within the team. * Designing interactions across Frontend, Backend, APIs, and Cloud. * Refactoring and migrating legacy solutions. * Managing technical debt, web app performance, security, caching, and monitoring. **Offer** * **Salary:** Up to 34,000 PLN net (B2B) or equivalent employer cost on an employment contract (UoP). * **Work Model:** Hybrid (Gdańsk office on Tuesdays and Thursdays). * **Conditions:** Stable employment, international projects. * **Impact & Growth:** Full technological autonomy; combining the roles of architect, leader, and client consultant.
