Wing Cutter - Grade 2

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! _We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business._ **SUMMARY****:**  The primary responsibility of the Wing Cutter is to cut the wing off the WOG. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include, but are not limited to, the following: * Cut the wing off the WOG and place it in a carousal belt. * Pull the wing down with one hand and make a downward cut at the wing joint with a handheld knife. * Must keep up with production which equates out to approximately 18 birds per minute. * Employee is also responsible for using proper technique and any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** This position will not have supervisory responsibility. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** * **Required** * None *  **Preferred** * Previous food processing experience * High School diploma or equivalent _George’s is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to, among others, individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
