Workday Integration Consultant

**About the Team** Cognizant Workday Practice continues to grow its Global Delivery Center in Manila. Join our dedicated team of experienced Workday professionals and be part of our dynamic, fast-paced, HR transformation consulting practice. **About the Role** As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will work with both the business and technical teams by solving complex inter-system problem. Provides support to Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different region. This role typically reports to a Manager level position within the Delivery organization.  **Key Responsibilities:**  * Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off * Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions * Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs following CS Methodology  * Facilitating design workshops with clients for AMS and Implementations projects.  * Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements * Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform * Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management * Review solution architectures and components to analyze client requirements for integration processes and ensure adherence to same **Skills and Experience:** * 4-7 years’ experience as a certified Workday consultant * Must have active Workday Integration/Orchestrate Certification * With Workday Integration Supplemental Certification is an advantage (Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, Integration Benefits, Finance Integrations, Extend etc.) * Experience in EIBs, Core Connectors, DTs, Payroll   * Familiarity with Workday Studio  * XML and XSLT transformations knowledge * Experience in Workday Application Support * Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects is an advantage * Utilize solid consulting and presentation skills to clearly communicate ideas and effectively manage customer expectations across engagements. * Applies a solid analytical mindset, leveraging analytics and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making. * Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. #LI-Remote **Why choose Cognizant:** * Entrepreneurial environment that welcomes your ideas * Opportunity to do great work * Outreach programs that support communities and tap into your volunteer spirit * Learning opportunities to help current needs and advancement * Global operations, with opportunities in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific * An abundance of Affinity groups to meet your needs **Cognizant Core Values:** * **Work as One:** We think beyond roles, relying on each other’s strengths to win as a team. * **Raise the Bar:** We always aim for excellence in how we work and what we deliver. * **Dare to Innovate:** We push boundaries and take chances to reimagine what’s possible. * **Do the Right Thing:** We all lead with integrity and always make the ethical choice. * **Own It:** We own the outcomes for our company, colleagues, and community.
