This role helps ensure accurate, secure, and compliant HR operations by supporting system administration, troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position partners closely with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions, analytics, and automation. ### JobResponsibilities * ProvidefunctionalsupportforWorkdayHCMandrelatedmodules,includingRecruiting,Onboarding,Learning,Talent&Performance,Compensation,Benefits,andPayroll. * Performsystemtesting,dataloads,organizationalmaintenance,reporting,andanalysis. * Investigateandresolvesystemanddataissues,escalatingcomplexproblemsasneeded. * Supportsecurityaudits,rolereviews,accesscontrols,andcompliancerequirements. * Maintainprocessdocumentationandsupportcross-traininginitiatives. * PartnerwiththeHRExperienceTeamtoconductaudits,improvedataaccuracy,andstreamlineHRprocesses. * CollaboratewithHRCentersofExcellence(COEs)onreporting,testing,learninginitiatives,andHRtechnologysupport. * Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprocesses,strengthencontrols,andenhancetheemployeeexperience. * SupportHRtechnologyprojects,systemenhancements,andadditionalprioritiesasassigned. ### Education * Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,InformationSystems,Business,orarelatedfield,orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience. ### Experience ### Required * 3+yearsofexperiencesupportingand/oradministeringWorkdayHCMinafunctional-technicalrole. * ExperiencetroubleshootingHRsystems,maintainingdataintegrity,andsupportingreportingandanalytics. ### Preferred * ExperiencesupportingmultipleHRfunctionsasanHRGeneralistorHRISprofessional. * KnowledgeofadditionalWorkdaymodules,includingRecruiting,Onboarding,Learning,Talent&Performance,Compensation,Payroll,orBenefits. * Experiencewithprocessimprovement,automation,testing,orHRtechnologyinitiatives.
