We are currently offering you a position as a ### Working Student - Corporate Tooling & Process Support (m/f/d) in Munich **Your tasks:** * Support with the analysis, optimistation and documentation our business processes * Contributing to the further development and standardisation of the company-wide toolset * Support with the collection, analysis and documentation of requirements (requirements engineering) * Contributing to the evaluation, benchmarking and selection of new tools and technologies * Support with the implementation, testing and roll-out of tooling based solutions * Preparation of analyses, reports and documentation * Providing support to users with questions about tools and processes (user support) * Collaboration with various departments to improve the user experience and provide process support
