**About the Role**
As a Workplace Assistant, you will support the delivery of workplace and facilities services across the site, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. You will coordinate workplace activities, assist with events, manage service requests, and provide administrative and operational support to the broader facilities team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional front-of-house and workplace support services.
* Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace facilities, and event requirements.
* Assist with planned maintenance activities and service delivery.
* Support senior management with workplace-related requests.
* Manage courier, mail, and document distribution services.
* Coordinate subcontractors and service providers onsite.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Respond to workplace requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate workplace records and administrative documentation.
* Build positive relationships with employees, visitors, contractors, and clients.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, hospitality, customer service, reception, or office support.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable manner.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers is highly regarded.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is advantageous.
