Job Title: Workplace Health & Safety Specialist Job Description We are looking for a certified Health & Safety Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP) to support our operations in Szczecin on a part-time basis. This role will ensure compliance with Polish labor law and promote a strong safety culture within a corporate office environment. **🔑** **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy) and internal H&S policies * Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive actions * Manage and deliver OHS onboarding and periodic trainings * Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions * Maintain documentation (risk assessments, training logs, medical referrals, PPE) * Support audits and liaise with external authorities and inspectors * Advise leadership on safety improvements and best practices **👤** **Candidate Profile:** * **Certification:** Recognised OHS qualification (Technik BHP / Specjalista ds.
