The NPI Readiness team within WWRFO owns the launch readiness strategies and execution plans that ensure new products launch flawlessly across Retail and Online channels globally. They drive cross-functional readiness and alignment, and ensure every system and process is ready to support an exceptional customer experience from day one. The NPI Readiness Program Manager is a critical DRI in making that happen. You will shape strategies that influence how Apple brings new products to market, own fulfillment readiness across launch programs, and serve as a trusted cross-functional partner from the early stages of planning through post ops review.
