**Zamboni Driver Boston Sports Institute Edge Sports Global** **Work Experiences:** No experience necessary - we will train. **Skills:** * Excellent customer service skills. * Effective problem solving and communication with customers and team members. * Ability to **Problem Solve**, take **Responsibility**, take **Pride** in what we are doing. **Responsibilities:** * Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers. * Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance. * If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs. * Ability to make decisions quickly with **Confidence**. * Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules. * Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior. * Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned. **Physical Requirements & Attendance** * Must be able to work in a cold environment. * Ability to lift 30lbs * Have basic computer skills * Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs. * Occasionally required to sit * Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear. * Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. * Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.
